*Creating early audit plan, along with audit work program, and then manage audit at different branches. I have managed about six to seven team members, and two branch audits.
*Tests conducted included, stock count, cash count, assessment of fee receipt system and payment procedures.
*Computing actual revenue and then verifying it with the one actually recorded. Audit procedures found that employees have siphoned off significant amount of revenues using computing techniques.
*Recalculation of payroll expenses as per total employees written in attendance register. One such test revealed that employees have failed to observe SOPs regarding loans issued to employees.
*Performing trend analysis for determining unusual combination in related heads of accounts. For example, increased fuel expenses for generator shall entail falling utility charges, right?

*Our department apart from internal audit performed accountancy of around 33 branches and prepare yearly income and expense account for nine schools and colleges, to be submitted to board of schools.

*Aside that analyze performance in terms of profitability of each branch and prepare financial report for trustees, identifying unusual ratios.
