 Leading IT team, reporting to the Head of Operation, for complete management of IT ensuring efficient, stable, reliable, and secure business operations.
 Providing oversight of the complete Infrastructures, involving Computing Hardware, Network (LAN/WAN), Internet, Intranet, ERP, System Security including refresh plan and functions.
 Implement policies, procedures, standards for the use of ICT, including e-safety, health & safety, asset disposal, receiving and testing ICT equipment, data protection, social media, internet use, email, security, and ICT resource management within the school and monitor adherence to the policies and standards.
 Ensure the school’s IT Systems and infrastructure are well documented and kept up to date to ensure continuity of service in the event of a Key Person loss or major change to the infrastructure.
 Ensure support and local management, support and training of Management Information and Learning Systems. Examples of which are, but not limited to: iSams, CRM, Canvas, Asset Management, Visitor access system and Digital Signage & Information systems.
 Responsible for managing, controlling, and optimizing all technical aspects of the installation, configuration, operation, enhancement, maintenance, documentation and development of the School’s ICT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
 Collaborating with solutions providers, vendors, and business partners, including evaluation of their proposals, selection of the appropriate one and maintaining relationship.
 Preparing & presenting consistent/comprehensive status reports, cost analysis and on management of significant issues, while communicating, regularly, with business users and senior executives.
 System Administration for the group, including servers, OS, applications (ERP/CRM), SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, Office 365 etc.
 Establish and manage the IT budget for delivering the School Infrastructure, device replacement and IT Development plan.
 Ensure cost effective management of school consumables. For example, but not limited to: Printing Supplies

 Leading an Infrastructure management team of 10 resources, reporting to the Group IT Manager, for complete management of IT Infrastructure, ensuring efficient, stable, reliable and secure business operations.
 Providing oversight to the complete Infrastructures, involving Computing Hardware (Servers/Storages), Network (LAN/WAN), Internet, Intranet, System Security including refresh plan and functions.
 Managing and maintaining ERP (Oracle) System
 Supporting design, architecture and capacity planning of the systems as well as the operation management, Application support and problem solving.
 Guiding the team & enforcing IT standards, procedures and best techniques for high availability of the Infrastructure, ensuring continuity of information services to the group.
 Making budget recommendations for planning the annual IT budget, while enforcing the operational/procurement costs in control and in compliance with set budget.
 Collaborating with solutions providers, vendors and business partners, including evaluation of their proposals, selection of the appropriate one and maintaining relationship.

 Providing technical support to all users, troubleshoot all the user’s issues, managing all the network printers, scanners, prepare new desktops and laptops for all users.
 Managing and requesting based on the stock non availability e.g. Desktops, laptops, cartridges etc.

•Along with IT Head, since the joining of this engagement, performing System Administration for the group, including servers, OS, applications (ERP/CRM), SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, SQL, TAS, Team Mate Administration etc.
•In the role of System Administrator, managed Data Centre Administration (including devices, security, etc.) as well as IT Store/Inventory, requesting procurement, for non-availability of computing devices or spares.
•Performed analysis of user issues to trouble shoot the same, till resolution, while provided technical support to all users.
