Worked with Dimensions Data to establish support team at Motorola KSA offices, pre and post implementation services for new sites. Site connectivity with cisco devices and design & implementation of Data centers.
Ministry of Interior (MOI)
Involved as service delivery manager for MOI projects to deliver more than 60 sites in KSA. A project is implementation of cisco communication equipment on secure network of MOI on STC WAN
King Abdulaziz Historical Centre (National Museum Riyadh) - Managed Development of automation software (Microsoft .Net framework) for galleries of KAHC and managed operations and maintenance for 3 years.
King Abdullah Road Project
Management (Design and implementation) of communication network based on Cisco and Hirschman devices for Traffic Management System (TMS) of King Abdullah Road Project. About 30KM of Fiber Optic Network within 5KM logical ring to control the flow of data between Data Collection Units (DCU) and Operations Room at KARP.
Al Najah Group - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Core job functions were to manage support teams deployed on different projects around the kingdom for 24/7 support needs.
Major Projects
Araqah palace, Riyadh (King Salman Bin Abdulaziz palace) Established support and deployed team of 17 resources at the project for 24/7 support in two shifts for IPTV and multimedia systems. Managed preventive maintenance, time management, work order knowledgebase, day to day operations log, site support, communication with Saudi Bin Laden management (SBG was main contractor), and other support and systems administration activities within scope and budget of the contract.
DOKAAEP (Clock Tower Makkah)
Development of King Abdulaziz Endowment Project (Abraj Al Bait, Clock Tower) Opposite haram in Makkah. DOKAAEP is the largest project of group in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia having 7 towers and about 7400 tenants’ capacity after completion. Worked as senior supervisor and managed about 50 parallel resources in multiple shifts. Responsibilities Includes Managed team for 24/7 support on this project for following services. General network operations and troubleshooting (Cisco catalyst and Nortel switches for VLANs). IPTV, IP Telephone, Public Address System, CCTV using Netavis application in Linux, NOC Service i.e. Core switching and storage etc.
Integrated Solutions for Business (ISB) Riyadh, KSA
ISB is authorized VAR for a document archiving solution i.e. Laserfiche, in Middle East. Worked as Technical Manager in ISB. Managing LANs, internet/ intranet of ISB and clients of the company. In addition, completed tasks related to infrastructure like providing support, backup policies implementation, and security implementations, preventive maintenance plans execution and centralized resource management for company and its huge number of clients across the country.

Configuration of Compaq ML 370 servers, Acer Altos servers using Windows/Linux operating systems. Implemented Digital Cross Connect (DXX) based on 512 kbps with PCBA/PICS using CISCO 1600 series router and Tellabs Data Termination Unit.
Configuration of Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server in IIS 5.0. and SMPT, POP, IMAP4 via Exchange server 5.5/2000. Implementation of data backup policies and procedures of ISO certification and heading support department of about 15 people.

Assistant Systems Administrator - Started professional carrier working in PCBA/PICS (UCP) as Assistant System Manager to handle the network of about 400+ computers based on Windows NT/Windows 2000 and Novell Netware 3.x platforms. Implemented Microsoft Exchange server 5.5 as Mail server and Internet Information Server 4.0 for web services. Management of Oracle 8i server based on Linux.
