 Managing complete operation of logistics and data entry.
 Coordinate all procurement activities and services of all suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier company and customs broker.
 Ensure claims are lodged for any discrepancies in shipment received (with supplier or Transit loss)
 Ensure proper storage of Material in all ware houses pertaining to the Kingdom with scope for easy identification and retrieval.
 Ensure safety and security measures are in place and followed across the Kingdom in the ware houses.
 Ensuring deliveries on cost and timely effective manner
 Maintain and monitoring shipping schedule and controls overall shipping operations.
 Monitor value of the goods stored in each ware house keeping in mind the Insurance available.
 Ensure availability of right product mix in all ware houses across the Kingdom.
 Ensure timely execution of Sales Orders and the Order requests across the Kingdom.
 Resolve all logistics discrepancies (physical damage, quantity conflict, wrong delivery, etc) by coordination with suppliers and insurance company.
 Ensure proper documentation procedures are in place and monitor them.
 Ensure systematic record keeping and storage of files in line with Finance department requirements.
 Ensure accuracy of Inventory maintained at all ware houses. Also conduct frequent surprise checks.
 Complete knowledge of Oracle ERP Applications Integrated Management System where the merchandise module runs
