 Maintain books of Accounts
 Interaction with Auditor
 Assist to Sr. Manager of Accounts.
 Reconciliation of TDS, Service Tax and WCT .
 Preparing ledger balances, control accounts and statements, reconciling all the figures
 Drafting trial balances and financial statements
 Identifying and correcting or referring any errors or accounting discrepancies
 Maintain expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, entries
 Making provision of monthly expenses
 Making Debit and Credit Note to vendor’s
 Reconciliation of vendor’s Ledger
 Balance and maintain all accounts payable reports.
 Maintain & book all expenses like PO or Non PO
 Process Cheque requisitions
 Generating MIS, daily report and vendors report.
 Handling office correspondence & maintain all information, documents.
