Reconciliation of TDS, Service Tax and WCT .
Preparing ledger balances, control accounts and statements, reconciling all the figures
Drafting trial balances and financial statements
Identifying and correcting or referring any errors or accounting discrepancies
Maintain expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, entries
Making provision of monthly expenses
Making Debit and Credit Note to vendor’s
Reconciliation of vendor’s Ledger
Balance and maintain all accounts payable reports.
Maintain & book all expenses like PO or Non PO
Process Cheque requisitions
Generating MIS, daily report and vendors report.
Handling office correspondence & maintain all information, documents.
