Recruitment (Mid to senior candidate profiles in the HR Practice)
* Responsible for working on multiple mandates for different client companies and sourcing them
through various portals. Validating them on their experience and interest in the sought role that led
to quick role closures with 5 Indian and MNC organisations.
* Identification of right candidates with required skill-set and experience as per job description.
Client Management
* Collaborated with various clients on job descriptions to find their suitable candidates for their
operations across the West and Southern Region of India. This included general screening of the
candidate’s profile, shortlisting them for the interviews across various sectors.
* Preparing reports enlisting the number of closures, internal movements, and offer decline numbers
to meet the aspired targets. Sending weekly, monthly and quarterly report to internal Practice
Heads and Clients
