Identify new customers and take existing customers or partners through the complete sales process, including the delivery stage. Required to create offers and proposals based on input data and collaborate with Sales and Marketing.
Plans and execte promotional activities, such as technical seminars, in-house presentations, product demos and therefore educate customers and partners effectively.
Identify potential buyers or customers and prepare or implement a customer visit plan to obtain deals.
Implement different selling skills such as a consultative selling approach tailored to customer’s needs, knowledge of the customers’ visions, strategies and processes in order to create value for the customer.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with product management to explore new customer opportunities, and the channeling of customer needs and requirements back to Sales & Marketing team
Ensure proactive post-sales approach through follow up of the ongoing orders and products in order to create additional deals from the customer.
Establish the overall marketing & sales activities implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, industry and applications.
Ensure to achieve sales targets, respective budgets and also support pre-defined Sales and Marketing engagements.
Ensure to achieve price targets and understanding the impact on the result.
• Maintain team success by taking into account other functions and ensuring cross-collaboration.
Lead Distributors, Panel Builders, and System Integrators sales team in managing major accounts by actively promoting Legrand products through developing closer relationships with customers and establishing new customers and joint project pursuit with pre-sales team in securing major projects through prescription as well as conversion of contractors to Legrand products.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
