Rabigh power plant No.2 is one of the biggest thermal power plant in the world. Its capacity is 700MW x 4units, So total power generation is 2800MW/hour.
Since breaking earth of the project for three and half years, I am managing the building facility department. It is composed around 25 persons. To say the least of major equipment of the building facility is over 500 HVAC equipmnet and over 220 electrical cubicles.
I have managed this huge capacity building facility department as a department manager. During the construction period I am controlling the construction progress, material delivery. Manpower mobilization and coordination with engineering company for discussion whatever required to solve, improve etc.
Now all most of all the HVAC and Firefighting system are commissioned and in operation.
Cebu Power plant constructed in philippine is a call firing thermal power plant.
As a mechanical department member, I was in charge of HVAC, Firefighting and call conveying system.
Drawing review & discussion with designer to solve any design matters, material control and manpoer/progress control were my major task at the construction stage.
After completion of the construction, Commissioning had sucessfully been done for all section of my management categories.
When I involvement the Ras laffan Project, the project has remained finishing works for three MSF Desalination unit commissioning and auxiliary works. I had handled the HVAC, Firefighting, remaining civil works and administration works.
I had handled the HVAC equipment & duct installation, Firefighting piping & electrical, road paving & other finishing works of civil and also I had handled any required contract works i.e. request submit quotation, receiving quotation, evaluation quotation, get internal approval for contract and finalizing of contract.
This time i had dedicated in the O & M department of Water Business Group.
O & M manual for the desalination plant was handleld by O & M department, around one year I had gethering row data of O & M Manual and conduct compiling of O & M Manual.
Send to site the O & M manual once complete compiling of the document.
Also I had handled the Altaweelah Desalination project closing, when complete the settlement for the remaining open punch points and NCR, I had remmited the negotiated amoount and collected the warrenty bond.
Sohar Power and Desalination project is a combind cycle power plant. We had constructed three gas turbines, three HRSG boilers, two steam turbine generators and four unit MSF desalin plant. HVAC system of this project is composed with split air conditioning system and Fire fighting system is coposed with foam system for fuel oil tank, sprinkler system for administation and Central control building and especially applied argon system for the all electric/eltronic rooms.
I conduct the all construction works for HVAC and Firefighting installation as well as commissioning of the systems.
Commissioning of the two systems(HVAC & FF) have been conducted by me after completion of the installation of those systems.
To solve technical matters which is raised during construction, I discussed with consultant engineer upon issuing of any problems to prevent any delay of construction time.
Fujairah Power and Desalination project is a combind cycle power plant. We had constructed four gas turbines, four HRSG boilers, two steam turbine generators, four unit MSF desalin plant and One RO(Reverse Osmosis) desalination system.
HVAC system of this project is composed a central chilled water supply system and Fire fighting system is coposed with foam system for fuel oil tank, sprinkler system for administation and Central control building and especially applied argon system for the all electric/eltronic rooms.
I conduct the all construction works for HVAC and Firefighting installation as well as commissioning of the systems.
Commissioning of the two systems(HVAC & FF) have been conducted by me after completion of the installation of those systems.

I had dedicated as a member of project control team for the above stated period. In this period, i had supplied required material and desalination plant operators for commissioing of the desalination plant.
Also I had arranged salary for the dispatched desalination operators and arrange their regular vacation.
Visa arrange for the deployed person for desalination plant operation is one of my task in that period.
As a HVAC & Firefighting engineer, I had managed the installation of equipment, ducts and pipe lines for HVAC and Fire fighting systems.
I had managed the commissioning of the HVAC and Firefighing system after completion of the aforesaid systems.
I had one month internship, during enrollment of high school, in the Korea Federation of Livestock Cooperation. This time I had studied for artificial insemination of Caw and Pigs. Please just refer the above statement. because it is not related to the present my major.
