 Greet clients over the phone and inquire inttheir purpose of calling
Handled client calls and answered questions on account balances and updates on amount being debited or credited .

Reviewed all ATM balances and assured that each machine maintains sufficient amount to cater to people's need in an area .
Checked transactions like withdrawals, deposits, money transfer and maintained a spreadsheet for ensuring accuracy of data and balance .
Create and handling various tickets of clients issues, Ticket resolution as per priority.
Review transaction information and chargeback's filed with various card brands, processors .
Process credit card inquiries, retrieval requests, chargeback's, disputes via ticketing system and payment portals.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
follow up CRM ticket and assign it to the considerate department to solve the issue more quickly and make the customer more satisfy
