Operation Assistant (Interline and Pricing Department):

Responsible in coordinating with Airlines Interline partners, import/export shipment coordination, filter cargo details for prompt action in getting rates and advised for cargo acceptance. Coordinate to Starlight stations globally (USA-IAH, LAX, MIA, JFK, ORD), (CHINA-PEK, SHA, CAN, PVG), (JORDAN-AMM).
• Negotiated and secured the most competitive air freight rates.
• Provide rate internally and out station in all Interline rate request, based on the agreed SPA from Airlines using ERP system, ensuring cargo is loadable as per acceptable dimensions for PAX and FTR flight considering weight restrictions, nature of goods and special handling instructions.
• Maintain and organized SPA contracts for visibility of contract renewals.
• Secure space from Airlines, preparing for FFR and online cargo bookings.
• Filter, check cargo details and advised origin / destination if which we are online and offline.
• Constant follow up with Airlines for ad hoc rates and securing for space.
• Keep an accurate tracking updates and having daily coordination to USA, AMMAN & CHINA offices on updated status for each shipments.
• Ensured all emails answered in a timely manner.
• Knowledgeable of cargo handling procedures.
