Responsibilities
Provides general public relations support functions, which includes but is not limited to:
• Provided exceptional customer service experience to company’s valued clients through a friendly approach, strong professionalism and timely assistance.
• Performed variety of public relations support to clients for their government transactions (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, MOE, DDA, DMCC) by ensuring that all documentary requirements and procedures are being compiled and carried out constructively and effectively.
• Helped maintain a smooth workflow by assisting and giving general administrative and clerical support to the management and team members, and by completing daily tasks.
• Update the HR management system on visa/passport details and keeping passport and documents of clients and employees and filing in proper way
• Documents filing and tracking
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• perform data entry and scan documents
• Generates, formulates and maintains technical reports and records as needed by the HR and Admin Department
• Performs other related duties as may be required by direct supervisor
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Skills
Knowledge of UAE Labor and Immigration laws and procedures. Experience in using UAE eform’s and other government related online typing system. Basic MS Office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint and internet). Good knowledge in English (written and oral).
