• Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns.

• Monitoring customer's needs and promptly handle requests.
• Taking customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Handling customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.

• Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Must be able to cook, serve and take orders at the same time (all around).
• Must be well mannered and must also help customers with any queries.
