- Answering parent’s inquiries and or providing accurate information by phone,
email or to walk-in clients and follow up possible prospects for enrollment.
- Maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases. As well as
organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing (accounting).
- Sending correspondence and liaising with clients, parents, schools, etc. regarding offers, promotions and schedules.
- Keeping efficient record and updating the same as needed (ie. student profiles, employee profiles etc.) and preparing files and certificates.
- Maintain a calendar of activities, classes, field trips, after-school-activities, etc. and scheduling of off-site and onsite meeting as well as interviews.
- Gathering students’ information required for registration and authentications
with government offices
- Maintaining staff records and other government related documents (KHDA,
Trade License, Health Insurance, etc.)
- Keeping inventory of all supplies, kits and equipment, as well as Ordering and
maintaining stationery and equipment.
- Assist manager in routine tasks of the department.
- Help in organizing events, exhibitions and school visits.

Assist and conduct interviews
Post job openings in online portals and social media
Prepare new employee files (Complete requirements and Employee personnel file)
Provide overall support to the HR Director
Assist in preparation for training (printing of handouts and other needed coordination)
Provides administrative support by entering and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relaying messages, maintaining equipment and supplies
Attend to office guests and applicants
