Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our employee and clientele. Inspecting the facility's condition, performance of my security force, operational tools and equipment, and the compliance of workstream processes to the safety regulations and protocols of the company. I identify potential risks and immediately address inconsistencies by coordinating with the security department and upper management. I handles incident reports and disseminates important security details across the organization and to the clients.
Plan and manage day to day construction activities including scheduling and supervision of sub-contractors manpower and equipment and oversee of materials deliveries. Monitoring sub-contractor manpower and performance which should be in accordance with the plan and specification. Identify and mitigate potential hazards to avoid accidents and further delays of project. Maintain accurate records of all site-related documentation including inspections, drawings, and photographs
Supporting the Engineering team during Tender/Bidding preparation. Analyse structural and architectural drawing for quantity take off. Prepare logistics plan and layout. Propose location of key structure require on construction stages such as site office, temporary roads, stock yards and alike. Prepare traffic plan. Coordinate with plant department for tower cranes locations. Prepare and present Board presentations and technical wright up.
Reporting to Project Manager. Day to day Monitor and supervise construction teams and sub-contractor. Prepare and assist client representative for inspection. Acting as technical adviser of workers, subcontractors and operatives. Ensure implementation and compliance with Company HSE’s policies and regulation within the site. Raise awareness and develop a safe work environment. Inspect and monitor scaffolding as per safety quality and standard.
• I Review all construction drawing, documents and updates in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines/subcontractors prior to construction and to give proper extensive explanation to the teams. I Ensure execution of work trade as per approved drawing and specification. I Check the material quality as per prescribed standards. I Prepare and initiates RFI and coordinate with Client representatives. Evaluate progress status. Coordinates and enforces health and safety regulations. Taking lead in the rectification of client snag and handling over. I Coordinate with materials suppliers for advance preparations and delivery. Interpret Plans and specifications. Materials monitoring and ordering. Prepare manpower and equipment allocation.
My work is related to my previous work as sales engineer. I continue selling and supplying construction materials such as Roofing, steel decking, gypsum boards and frames, ceiling acoustics and laminated boards including installation. I also accepting Roof Framing fabrication and installation. I negotiate quotation and on the spot closing of project contract. I prepare all documents from Quotations, Contracts, Deliveries, Estimates, purchase orders and delivery schedule. I conduct actual measurements on site for cutting list purposes and actual materials quantity take off. I supervise from installation and rectification of comments until turn over to the clients
Locate construction project for bidding purposes. Prepare estimates. Creates production work orders once contracts are confirmed. Set up and attend pre- construction meetings. Works primarily in the field but also from blueprints in the office. Monitor daily progress of works at all sites locations in order to maintain high quality results and client satisfaction. Coordinates and enforces health and safety regulations. Maintain positive working relationship with general contractors. Assist in timely collection of all customer accounts as needed. Attend sales meeting. Able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction drawings. Conduct actual measurements for final quantity take-off and cutting list requirement. Estimates and supervise installation of Spandrel for ceiling eaves, steel decking for Slabs and long span pre painted roofing, thermal insulation, gypsum boards, frames and ceiling. Setting marketing arm by establishing and developing dealers in the area. Distributes leaflets and brochures to provincial and municipal engineers and local contractors for future projects sources.
I Completed the five year course of Civil Engineering and done Licensure examination for Civil Engineer in the Philppines with the average grade of 84.2%.
