I was responsible for the sales and marketing of different flooring systems to prospective building construction companies. The flooring system includes parquet flooring, laminate flooring, solid wood flooring, PVC flooring, sports flooring, carpet flooring and raised flooring. My responsibilities include exploring new market opportunities, finding new customers, market research, products presentation, preparation of quotation, follow-ups, supervising the delivery of materials, payment follow-up, technical supports and after sales services, finalization of customer satisfaction surveys, Operations management, enhance productivity and improve quality standards for the company, training the associates, staffs and make sure they are executing the plan properly, confirm the delivery of higher quality standards by planning and execution, technical evaluation of sales and planning the delivery according to it, traveling frequently and meeting clients for follow ups, reporting the higher authorities on a recurring basis and to possess a higher level of communication and guarantee that the team is performing up to the mark in the operations and sales.

I was assigned at their marketing Department, reporting to the Marketing & Public Relation Manager, that gave me an opportunity to learn and familiarize with market research, collection and compilation of market intelligence related to clients and projects, competitors data, marketing presentation(power point), preparation of company profile and pre-qualification documents, preparation of company newsletters, public relation related to improving client and business partner relations, external communication related to advertising, website, Events, handling of frequently asked questions, internal communications and business letter writing.
Summer Trainee: During this training program, I was assigned at various departments namely sales and marketing, purchasing, human resources and finance that gave me the opportunity to learn and familiarize with market research, market segmentation, business letter writing, preparation of project estimate and quotations, preparation of purchase orders, material expediting and follow-ups, import and export, customs clearance, transportation and delivery, storage of materials and warehouse management, recruitment process, training and development, organizational behavior, employee-employer relations, payroll, cash management, budgeting and cost control, insurance, etc.
