A. Bidding phase/Commercial proposal development
• Support sales team in preparing the techno-commercial
proposal for bidding in conjunction with site visits.
B. Project Development & Execution
• Review design specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform conceptual, pre-project, basic/FEED and detailed
engineering.
• Prepare and review RFQ, technical evaluation for approving
vendor documents.
• Defining scope, developing cost estimates and schedules, and
securing funding approval from management.
• Developing and reviewing construction packages for the
project.
• Prepare and review Process and Project control deliverables
such as data sheets, Process control Philosophy, Piping and
instrumentation diagram Electrical wiring, Lighting layout
diagram, cause and effect diagram etc.
• Implement productivity by meeting on schedule, quality and
service standard.
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing information
and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews for the
project.
• Coordinating project specific work with in-house designers
and outside engineering contractors.
• Project planning, preparation of progress reports, manpower
& resource forecasts, time schedules of engineers, utilization
of resources effectively & efficiently.
• Provide inputs, support and participation in HAZOP and other
engineering safety reviews and be responsible for action
resolution.
• Meet financial objectives by participating actively in
forecasting requirement for budget preparation, schedule
expenditures, analyzing variations.
• Detail engineering including design calculation, LUX
calculation optimization, sizing and selection of equipment
for tenders (as required) and awarded projects.
• Ensure material availability for continuous, uninterrupted work
on site and gives requirements to site engineer.
• Responsible for submitting and securing consultants approval
on drawings, materials, suppliers, sub-contractors, method
statements and quality/safety documentation.
• Ensure full compliance to the quality of work with contract
specifications and drawing. Monitoring site activities and
progress. Also acknowledge all the variation immediately and
confirm intention to claim.
C. Construction and start updates
• Preparation of all necessary construction documents
necessary at site. Well-versed with pre - commissioning/start
up procedures for various system completion, handover,
training, spare parts management etc.
• Ensure the team has all necessary technical details/data to
proceed with their respective activities.
• Sourced additional resources and staff to meet timeline
demands and ensure customer satisfaction - on time delivery.
• Providing field construction support and final project
installation sign-off.
• Experience working with batch operations processes.
• Check deliverables prior to release.
• Ensure site safety and quality construction as per contract
agreement and procurement such contractors.
