Lead a small HR team and ensure they maintain an accurate and up-to-date administration of all employee records (i.e. employment documents, employee performance cycle, disciplinary actions staff retention etc.)
• Administer day to day activities offering HR support to staff in relation to grievance procedures, disciplinary actions and attendance management practices. Assist staff by answering relevant HR enquiries, issue formal letters upon request, and follow up with medical insurance claims to ensure efficient and satisfactory service in line with HR policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day operations of the HR function and duties.
• Advise management and employees on HR polices, compensation and benefits etc.
• Answer employee’s requests regarding all human resources subject (including employment certificates & letters etc.)
• Identify plan and conduct recruitment & termination activities (including but not limited to job postings; CVs screening; job interviews & Exit interviews)
• Manage monthly payroll, related issues and changes in related social benefits if applicable.
• Administer training activities and schedule training sessions.
• Plan and undertake new employee induction programs as well as a proper orientation at all levels; subsequently follow up on new joiners’ progress during the probation period
Make sure that the human resources information system is updated with employees required data in order to be used for various activities or transactional purposes. • Be knowledgeable of the UAE’s Labor laws and procedures within Immigration and Ministry of Labor in order to process the required documents within agreed SLAs. • Plan, prioritize and allocate work assignments to the GR team, and monitor their performance to ensure the quality and timely execution of tasks. • Ensure timely completion of visa processes against agreed SLAs for employees and dependents whilst providing regular progress updates to the HRBPs. Ensure all queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner and be the point of contact for any escalated cases. • Process Labor & Visa application for successful candidates in coordination with Group. • Handling inbound employee inquiries, identifying need, processing necessary transactions and escalating issues as required. • Providing Analytical support for 10, 000 employees in the area of HR related matters, including HR Systems issues
• Manage the employee lifecycle process from mobilization, onboarding, probationary periods, performance management, employee relations, comp & bens, through to the leaver’s process
• Receiving, answering queries and solving problems of employees with regards the employee relations and government issues.
• Administering the payroll inputs for the employees (OT, Reimbursements & Deductions)
• Ensure that all requests are handled in a professional manner with “Right First Time”.
• Providing support to employees throughout the group in adherence with the Company policies and UAE Labor law
• Protect data privacy at all time and adhere to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of data security policy.
• Responsible to ensure the annual performance appraisal system in completed with total confidentiality and within the specified time frame.
• Maintaining the HR master data in SAP
• Reviews disciplinary cases, ensures correct documentation and compares evidence. Suggests action to HRBP prepares warning letters and ensures filing.

• Discuss with the Hiring Managers on a regular basis and find the project manpower needs.
