• Support of geoscience software for more than 100 geologists, geophysicist, reservoir engineers: Petrel, Eclipse, and other software from Schlumberger, Kingdom (IHS), Landmark, Paradigm Geophysical, Roxar, BASPRO, CMG, ArcGIS (Esri), Kappa, OpendTect, Peloton, Mesa, TNavigator (RockFlowDynamics), Tesseral, RokDoc, Hampson-Russell, FlexLM licensing;
• Single technical point of contact, responsible for all the steps of the "Decision Support Center" project from the design to operation: design, ordering, installation, acceptance and technical support. The "Decision Support Center" and corresponding meeting and control rooms were designed for effective decision making and real-time drilling monitoring. This was a high-end system, based on the rear-projection BARCO system (2 stereo-projectors, 7x2.5m curved screen) and professional AV equipment (Crestron, Extron for video switching and control automation, Bosch congress and simultaneous translation system, Biamp sound processor, Meyer Sound speakers, CISCO video conferencing system, professional Planar LCD panels). The system was built in Dubai Lukoil Overseas office in 6 months and supported by me during 2 years.
• UAE-based contractors coordination: Al-Rostamani (hardware supplier), Intertech (hardware supplier), Intertech-Vision (projection system supplier), MVP (IT Integration), Crestron (video equipment maintenance), AlTayer Stocks LLC and Paramount Technical Works (general construction works);
• Administration of all videoconferencing end-user systems (CISCO and Polycom) in all meeting rooms, videoconference servers administration, multipoint videoconferencing.
• Administration of servers and workstations, backup of servers, databases and virtual machines;
• Defining user needs in geological software, renewal of maintenance support contracts for software and hardware, IT budget planning.

• Upgrade of the "Decision Support Center" (initially it was called "Schlumberger iCenter", built with my participation when I was working for Schlumberger): development of technical requirements, tender arrangement, design, supervision of contractors’ work. Handover the system to the new owner (before moving to Dubai). In this project BARCO system was replaced by ProjectionDesign system with higher resolution and functionality.
• Building the first Realtime Drilling Operations control room in the Сompany, which was connected to the "Decision Support Center" for better collaboration.
• Supervision of regional Decision Support Centers in Moscow, Astana, Aktau, Tashkent and other branches of the Company.
• Enabling real-time collaboration using Schlumberger Petrel VR, LiveQest, HP RGS, Webex and others.

• Setup and administration of the 64-core reservoir simulation cluster (Eclipse) in data-center. Cluster was dual-boot: Linux and Windows HPC and running Platform LSF task scheduling system for better performance.
