Oversaw HR & Operational Projects for EPG, which is a group of primary schools & early years educational centers based in Kuwait. EPG employs 1600 staff and has 9000 students enrolled across 30 campuses.

I had full oversight of employer branding, careers social media channels, resourcing strategy, onboarding, learning & development, and general HR policies and procedures. High level operational projects included HR systems build/development and optimizing HR strategies for future growth & sustainability.

Strategic and operational management of three core areas of the Alshaya resourcing department. Business Operations, Employer Branding and Social Media.

Business operations supported the processes, systems and data that fueled the ability to manage 500, 000+ applications and hire 12, 000+ employees annually . Responsible for maintaining the ATS, producing reports for the executive board, coaching teams on best practices and leading large scale systems integrations such as the company wide implementation of Oracle HRSS systems

Employer Branding oversaw attraction & engagement activity and focused on making the people we want to work for us, want to work for us. I created multiple attraction campaigns in both digital and print formats. I designed and created tailored materials to showcase Alshaya as an employer of choice to a variety of demographics, geographies and career levels.

Social Media looked after Alshaya Careers LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages. The latter of the two were launched in May 2018. Facebook gained over 5000 followers in the first 3 months, and with LinkedIn at 275k as of my departure. I managed the sponsored content budgets across all three channels and utilized a number of analytics tools to target the right audiences with the right messages, including the newly released LinkedIn Talent Insights platform.

Large projects that I led operations & attraction efforts for are major mall openings such as Avenues Bahrain. Mall of Qatar and the Avenues 3 & 4 expansions. In my final year in role I developed a major social media campaign to assist in a ministry-led Nationalization initiative in Saudi Arabia. The campaign successfully ran across all major social channels and led to the hiring of over 3000 Saudi Nationals

Directly managed the Onboarding team within the Alshaya Recruitment department, which oversees the induction of 12, 000+ employees into over 70 brands and corporate functions throughout 12 countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

Designed the framework for the Onboarding team from the ground-up. This area was not in existence before my tenure.

Oversaw KPIs for employment visa acquisition, customer service tiers, pre-employment cost savings, and timely delivery of employees to the business within pre-defined SLAs.

Managed relationships and expectations with key business stakeholders in the Alshaya brand portfolio.

Led and directed 40+ employees on procedural best practices and provided training for adaptation to new methods.

Revamped Excel based tracking systems for high volume recruitment activity, leading to more efficient admin processes andreduction of errors from over 14, 000 to just 116 in 4 weeks.

Introduced new technology and systems to enhance department productivity and efficiency. These programs included use ofOracle cloud-collaboration suites and InfoPath/SharePoint linked database structures.

Responsible for the review, design and relaunch of the online Applicant Tracking System for high volume recruitment.
