• Maintains Building/ Manages Facilities and Property in an efficient and value enhancing manner.

• Responsible for accepting calls and providing data log of all day to day complaints received, relaying to Engineers and Foremen on field to carry out corrective rectification.

• Prepare all materials needed on a particular project site, from material canvassing to purchasing.
• Archives all construction drawings and aids in reading/interpreting Construction plans whenever necessary, and responsible for providing copies whenever necessary.
• Worked as Executive Assistant to the Director, Department Manager and Department Sr. Engineers assisting them with task delegated from meeting reminders or schedules, securing needed documents and power point presentation.
• In Charge of Daily Correspondences in behalf of the Department's Internal concerns and matters concerning Clients in the absence of the Manager & Assistant Manager who are often send for field work.
• Responsible for liaising office supplies and equipment, tools handed to workers, does internal department auditing of materials and financial expenses, approving all that could only be included as department's expenses for reimbursement.
• Performs clerical functions such as encoding, recording, filing and sorting documents (hard and soft copies) and fax transmittal
• Manages the routine office function, deals with clients and visitors.
• Arranges and manages flight booking/ hotel accommodation for Manager and Department Engineers.
• Performs banking transaction such as special clearing of cheque and accounts payment.
