• Analyze and Processing online approval of Insurance claims such as Gulf insurance(Gig), Globemed, Warba, Alico and other small companies.
• Responsible for medical claim audits to validate the accuracy and proper adjustments.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Auditing the claim by attaching the documents and rechecking the amount of each services in the claim form.
• Printing and Attaching all necessary supporting documents including Medical Reports(Lab, X-ray, Reports, etc.), pharmacy receipts, original invoice, diagnosis and stamp, civil id, insurance card.
• Review claims one by one.
• Identifying missing claims.
• Submission of claims to the insurance companies to be done by the end of the month.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
