• Spearheading Project Management, Construction Management, Design Review, Commissioning and actively taking part in designing of Instrumentation Control & automation, Cable Schedule, DCS, PLC and SCADA works of the ongoing projects

• Managing ene-to-end activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, erection, testing & commissioning, inspections, installations, site management & manpower planning
• Establishing project review, monitoring and status reporting procedures to report the accurate progress of the project to the stakeholders and end-user clients
• Supervising the contractor’s works in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and standards as directed by client; checking and verifying valuations submitted by contractor for the variations
• Selecting control schemes, identifying appropriate system, managing enquiry specifications and selecting instruments as per type of application
• Drafting documentation for Instrumentation & Control, SCADA System and reviewing Design drawings on installation & commissioning accordingly; reviewing & updating various engineering & vendor documents
• Spearheading end-to-end installation & commissioning of equipment to reduce downtime & enhance operational efficiency; ensuring completion of project within minimum turnaround time to maximize output
