• Updating current infrastructure by Deploying new PC’s and IT equipment.
• Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue and ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable time frame
• Exercise initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
• Monitoring Anti-Virus functioning on PC’s and Laptops.
• Creating AD User Accounts, Email accounts and configure MS Office Outlook.
• Configuration and troubleshooting for CISCO IP phones.
• Configure RFID access cards for clients on Integra software.
• Maintain call database using DialGuard software.
• Responsible for IT Assets Inventory, Preparing IT procurement Request to all remote office sites (Printer Toners & Cartridges)
• Formatting and configuring PC and laptops with MS office installation and other standard applications (including designing software’s), and company software’s.
• Data & Voice Cabling Termination and Crimping RJ-45 connector for data, RJ-11 connector for voice path cord going through the wall mounted data rack.
• Current IT support team is Managing more or less 500 branded Desktop and Laptop Computers, MFP Printers, Network printers, Photocopiers, Plotters.
• Providing technical support during company events.
• Training new team members on IT procedures & policies.
