• Got multiple tenders awarded to us for Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) Chiller supply and installations & same for Dubai Municipality (DM), DPW tender award for Flood Lighting of Football Ground in Sharjah and others
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing A s s e t M a n a g e m e n t a n d FM Services around the campus, including the S u s t a i n a b i l i t y I n i t i a t i v e s, Installation and commissioning of Air compressor, Greenfield project for storage of hazardous materials, etc.
• Handled the budget of INR 110 million for CAPEX and OPEX development including overall Engineering services in Pharma R&D center. Managed MEP team to ensure utilities services have zero breakdown
• Streamlined the project of replacing the traditional power supply with 70% wind power supplier, to obtain savings of INR 300000 per month, (10% of monthly power billing)
