From 11 Oct 2011 to till date, I am working as a Q.A officer in Quality Assurance department.
My Responsibilities included: • Supplier Quality: Incoming goods Receiving Inspection (Sub Assy. Parts & raw material from supplier), Wiring Devices components quality Issue analysis, Supplier PPM trend analysis & correspondence with supplier & Supplier status dash board update.
• SITE Quality: In process/Line Inspection, Quality Gate/Batch Inspection, Lab tests (SASO & BS standards), Rejection & Scrap Monitoring at all levels, First OFF sample & FPY, Tier accountability meetings, Calculate COPQ & PPM (Daily & Monthly), SPC activities, Quality Issues analysis & actions (DRCR) & follow ups, Data & Documentation Management, Control Plan & process flow, Visual Standards, Change Management log sheet, HOS cell (Built in quality audits monthly), Manufacturing parts specification sheets, SOS Development, Implementation & revision, Master/ reference samples Management, Parts evaluation report as required, RPS/RCA for major issues, Mistake proofing activities, SASO audits preparation, Training & Coaching as required.

From 1 Oct 2010 to 11 Oct 2011, I worked as a Manager in Quality Assurance & Development Department.
My Responsibilities included: • Inspection of all molded parts used in motorcycle assembly.
• Responsible for quality of all in-house parts, welding and assembly shops.
• Inspection & Control the quality of parts and assemblies through inspection jigs and inspection instruments with respect to the given specification and standard drawing.
• Maintain check sheets and prepare daily Inspection report.
• Rectify routine quality problems observed and take its permanent countermeasures.
• Design (through AutoCAD), jigs, fixtures and dies for tool & die shop department.
• Calibrate the (inspection & production) jigs & fixtures monthly.
• Response to customer & in-house feedbacks, follow up at the customer end and resolve quality problems on production line.
• Special commands on fuel tanks draw and its defect analysis.
• Special commands on Co2 welding parameters for the motorcycle chassis & body parts.
• Coordination with OEM's about the development of new parts and design change in running parts with respect to the quality and production point of view also responsible for making their (insp & prod) jigs & fixtures.

From feb 2009 to Sep 2010, I worked as a Supervisor & after promotion as an Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance department.
My Responsibilities included: • Monitoring the production line to control and maintain required quality standard.
• To control Rejection and Material wastage, statistically analysis at the end of week.
• To prepare Shift wise daily quality report (DQR) to update management.
• To bring remitting improvements in material handling and conduct house keeping.
• Solving production as well as labors problems to coordinate with administration department.
• To prepare daily data, control chart and monthly focus report to update management on critical quality issues.
• To find out the root causes of defects and its temporary and permanent countermeasures.
• Machining of new development parts as per drawing and arrange special required tools for their products.
• Control the quality of various parts from different departments and stores with respect to given specifications.
• Maintain check sheets to minimize the defects ratio for better analysis and quality results.
• To response on in-house / field complaints with respective section and take recurrence prevention measures.
• Design and machining of broken parts of machine's used in Industries.
N.J. AUTO INDUSTRIES (PVT) LTD.
From Feb 2008 to Feb 2009, I worked as a Supervisor in Tool & Die Shop.
My Responsibilities included: • Troubleshooting of products of dies which used for sheet metal parts including (cutting tool and non-cutting tool)
• Designing and manufacturing of cutting tools, bending tools and forming tools.
• Operating and programming of C.N.C WIRECUT and E.D.M Machines.
• Maintenance of Dies (Sheet metal parts) and arrange the special required tools for that.
• Maintenance of Die casting moulds, (Polishing, Slider fittings etc)
• Troubleshooting of aluminum casting products (Cracks, Bubbles, Pitting etc)
• Designing of Machining Jigs & Fixtures including (drilling jigs, milling & grinding jigs)
I have passed 4 yrs specialised diploma in "DIE & MOULD" technology from PAK SWISS TRAINING KARACHI. In this company I also conduct trainings as a trainer at HSE & Quality related hot topics. Currently Got the Award from our chairman on this iftaar party 26-08-2013 for the succefully completion of cost saving project & find the alternate supplier. Before also got awards, details could be provided Six Sigma green belt certified by Honeywell in sep 2012
