• Initiating Process Improvements, Conducting Plant Trials and making reports regarding Plant Optimization, Cost Savings, Improving Product Quality.
• Analyzing daily production quality data and addressing any exceptions via RCA analysis, 6S problem solving techniques.
• Identifying the training needs of the production staff in regards with product testing and effectively communicating the same.
• Responsible for creating, updating any changes of BOMs in SAP.
• Accountable for maintaining 5S methodology in Laboratory.
• Actively participating, conducting Internal Audits as per Company Audit Program and addressing, closing the gaps of any issues raised during the audits.
• Responsible for creating new SOCs, updating any changes to SOCs as a part of continuous Improvement and highly promoting CI culture.
• Investigating any customer complaints via RCA analysis and addressing any issues related to product quality/services.
• Participating daily and weekly technical meetings to discuss the progress of the technical department plan and actions in terms of product quality, improvements, customer complaints.

• Devising and maintaining processes and procedures for governing, controlling, and improving production risk management and quality management in relation to company policies and strategies.
• Devising and adhering to quality control objectives and synchronizing objectives with production procedures in coordination with plant management to optimize product reliability and minimize costs in line with pre-established budget.
• Accountable for delegating daily work to the team engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over raw materials and finished products in alignment with production procedures.
• Assessing training needs, planning, and organizing training activities pertaining to QMS, thus visited the customers in a timely manner and receiving their feedback on the company products.
• Liable for minimizing production costs by performing various tests on cost effective raw materials and identifying the scope for improvements, thereby coordinated with third-party certification agencies in harmonization with technical department.
• Foreseeing QMS documentation and implementing necessary improvements requisite for effective quality management system for all the plants inclusive of Metal Profiles, Plasterboards and Jointing Compounds.
• Highly Responsible for new products development of Jointing Compounds and plasterboards in coordination with R & D team from Germany, consequently evaluating regular QC reports and monitoring performance of the quality control with regards to all products to ensure proper adherence to quality control laws.
• Maintaining a comprehensive list of all cognizable risks, acceptance test documents in line with production management guidelines.

• Overseeing production processes by Planning and organizing production schedules in coordination with sales and Marketing teams.
• Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing yearly budgets, KPIs and timescales with regional and local management.
• Ensuring that health and safety of employees in the workplace are met
• Ensuring quality products are produced according to the standards in coordination with Quality department.
• Ensuring minimum levels of inventories in terms of raw materials and finished goods are maintained, ordering, and purchasing raw materials as necessary fo the smooth production.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment incoordination with Maintenance Department.
• Effective Communication with sales and marketing staff for any production plan or demand changes.
• supervising and managing the work of junior staff daily.
• Identifying the Training gaps in the team and organizing relevant training sessions and motivating the teams.
