1. Co-ordination with German Commissioning Engineers (Claudius Peters Projects) during Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and Startups.. for all the Plants like Mill Calcining Plant, Kettle Plant, Raw Gypsum Transport Plant(Crusher) and Packing plant.
2. Coordination with Gyp-tech Commissioning team during Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and Startups for Gypsum board Plant.
3. Planning and scheduling Production Activities and controlling the production Line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
4. Participate in maintenance planning and coordination for optimum operating condition and downtime is kept minimum.
5. Highly responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
6. Making sure that the maintenance cost effective high standard production of products on time.
7. Operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Communicate with Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
9. Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.
10. Supervising and motivating a team of workers and Identifying training needs to ensure clean and safe work area.
11. Assist in production as necessary & other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
• Initial implementation of all pre-commissioning and commissioning plans and supervising the contractors, workers and staff in handling all activities including procedure write-up and documentation submission.
• Assist with delivery of commissioning procedures, completion and commissioning check sheets, handover procedures and punch list procedures.
• Supervise, commissioning of project systems, assist with compilation, sign-off and handover of certification packs to platform operations team.
• Ensure necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed.
• Ensure all commissioning related works for the facilities are in accordance with project specifications and making sure they are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity.
• Participate in technical reviews for QA/QC and engineering works.
• Endorse discipline specific formal Handover documents from contractors/suppliers at pre-commissioning completion stage confirming their acceptability.
