• Contribute to drafting Business Solutions Strategies and implement road maps, evaluating and selecting Business Solutions
• Connect ERP vendor with Business users with ability to coordinate between the two parts and deeply understand functional & technical sides of the ERP implementation
• Post go live support for all business users through helpdesk using ticketing system
• Day to day programme management of the various project teams and activities.
• Responsible for the development of an effective planning process, for the creation of an integrated project schedule that encompasses all aspects for the ERP program and for the actual execution in conformance to plans and the continuing update and adjustment of plans and execution to fit changing circumstances.

• Coordinate between different departments and key business user for processes
• Reporting Periodic updates of project to upper management
• Liaise with ERP Vendor in all activities, risks and issues.
• Liaise with IT infrastructure team for the high availability of the ERP environment.
• Ensure that accurate, timely and complete program documentation is maintained.
• Responsible for all ERP Technical & functional requirements including new site implementation and modules implementation
• Business analysis, gap analysis and functional requirement documentation for new developments.
• Carry out development, test, quality control, documentation and deployment of all new ERP requirements
• First line support for ERP system users
• User training as well as Documentation and user manuals
• Technology Watch: watch New releases, Hot fixes, New Technology/Integration Tools..
