HR Recruiter
-End to end recruitment
-Conducts Initial Interviews for blue collar and white collar jobs
-Sourcing candidates from different portals
-Posting job vacancies through different job portals
-Conducts Induction for New Hires
-Prepares contracts, policies agreements, offer letter etc. for successful hires
-Work hand-in-hand with HR Manager, Operations Director and Operations Manager for Hiring requirements.
• Upload candidate profiles in Taleo
• Conducts initial phases of the recruitment process for non-exempt candidates
• Conducts phone interviews
• Conducts face-to-face interviews
• Participate and deliver on specific recruitment projects and adhoc assignments
• Additional support to the sourcing coordinators during sourcing activities
Additional Tasks on a Team Level:
-Conducts weekly meeting regarding target candidates, number of show ups and for Offer candidates per day
-Distribution of pool of candidates on a daily basis
-Meet with Hiring Managers for collaboration every week
-Get updates from the team regarding passers, declines and failed results
