Greeting customer
Answering customer questions
Giving advice one products selection to the customer
Dealing with customers refund and exchange
Dealing with customers complains
Attaching price tag to merchandise on the shop floor
Keep up to date with spichal promotions
Assist the new joiner and help him to understand their tasks.
Greet customers and determined their needs
Recommended merchandise for the customers.
Answer the customer questions.
Keep the store neat and clean.
Ensuring that all products are placed in their respective areas.
Ensuring that all the stock is replenished.
Helping customer to find alternatives.
Handling sales transactions .
Communication with managers regarding customer concerns.
Handling small section where the customer used to come and ask general question about there needs in the market.
Handling customer problems or complains.
Dealing directly with the customers either by telephone or face to face.
