Acting as the VOSC Coordinator (VAT Online Support Center Coordinator). It's a government project which is powered by Digicon Technologies Ltd. One of the Leading and several award winning company in BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) industry here in Bangladesh. VOSCs are to support the TAX Payers and businesses with all kinds of VAT queries. As to the digitization of VAT process to make it easier to the TAX Payers and Businesses we have established 12 VOSCs (VAT online support center) across Bangladesh covering all the Customs Excise and VAT Commissionarates situated in our country. I am responsible to communicate and to coordinate between the VOSCs In-charge and Staffs and Our Company, Between VOSCs and Commissionarates and also Between Commissionarates and Our Company. Affiliating and Managing VOSCs In-charge and staffs, communicate, negotiate, organize and contact management between our company and government are the key duties of mine.
Creating Business Strategy and implementation are my key responsibilities for this company. I provide all my supports virtually.
I'm working As Communication Manager. My Role Is Client Management. Establishment of uninterrupted service providing with the best employee and client satisfaction is the key responsibilities of mine. Maintain frequent communication with the clients and dealing with the contract management are also my responsibilities.
