- Initiate aggressive interaction through seeking and soliciting feedbacks from guests and handling their complaint.
- Set and follow up with the marketing finance and operation departments, a yearly plan and budget for events and promotions.
- Monitor the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and compare revenue and expenses to the forecasted budget.
- Monitor the implementation of standards at all the levels.
