Prepared and Managed operation budget and capex budget of AED 28M
Established Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) criteria and developed LCR plans for AGC
Completed data templates (Asset, Work Order, PM Schedules) for AGC
Created Ozone Depleting refrigerant registers and developed their phase out strategy
Indentified energy saving of AED 100, 0000 through building operation optimization
Completed building environmental assessments and identified projects to improve their performance.
Completed the root cause failure analysis of HVAC and Fire Services Equipment.
Signed off Annual Building Safety statements of retails and commercial office space at AGC.
Identified and completed energy saving projects (VSDs of motors, Energy Sub Metering, Floating set point implementation in BMS) and achieved overall above 8% saving in energy consumption
Indentified and completed water saving projects.
