Implement Manager index/Employee engagement survey to be followed up and evaluated periodically with one-to-one Unit managers, suggest solutions based on action plans and to maintain minimum levels by having 360-degree feedbacks sessions. Work in tandem HRBP to analyze survey data to drive implementation of new strategy. •Working with the Learning team identifying learning requirements, service delivery, inductions, workshops, events and to develop/execute training and development solutions. •Provides advice and support to employees and line managers on training and development opportunities within the existing academies. •Managing and taking end-to-end ownership of the delivery of training and development programs from a program/project management and operational aspects. •Competency development plan analysis for individuals with respect to specific roles and responsibilities. •Monitoring, reviewing the progress of trainees during and post training through questionnaires and further discuss with stake holders and improvise the training as required. •Drive and manage the development and implementation of company-wide performance management systems •Manage organizational performance levels by exercising performance improvement plans to individuals, teams as and when necessary •Develop talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation. •Manage rewards programs that are cost effective and consistent with market trends and organizational objectives e.g. Long service awards to be given to people who have achieved long year's milestone in service. •Designated Business Operations Risk Manager for the HR group. •Manage assigned projects and initiatives within HR Group. •End-to-end tracking & monitoring of the off-boarding process and maintain exit reports for higher management. •Monitor the yearly training budget and organize according to the training needs. •Quality control and learning analytics to update the senior management in the unit. •Support in developing Process / Policy which are aligned to any change and propose areas which can be extended to the digital learning platform. •Handle the employee grievance along with service standards discipline. •Evaluation/Assessment, short listing and interviewing external vendors for project specific objective trainings based on the individual department requirements.
