 Executive Assistant to the VP, Middle East
- Work as a business partner and be the single point of contact for the internal and external stakeholders
- Portray the Middle East region in the best light and build strong relationships with the direct and the broader team
- Able to manage and prioritize calendar requirement with minimum instruction
- Able to analyse and break complex problems into smaller manageable parts
- Able to multi-task, juggle responsibilities, prioritize and deal with conflicting demands
- Independently handle the office and make decisions as required
- Staying connected with the SLT on the latest top of mind topics
- Prioritize and manage the executive’s functions and daily activities
- Administrative support and Co-ordination: Plan travel reservations, logistics and visa procurements, handling expenses, making appointments, arranging meetings and logistics, arranging offsite events, providing approvals as required, maintaining databases as required, and various day to day activities
- Maintaining Mailers, Org Charts, Banners and Org List
- Managing new ad hoc tasks and challenges everyday as required
