• Ensure timely manufacturing of various Items like Flange, Tee Piece, Elbow, Adapter, Union, Penetration etc including Weld Edge Preparation of Pipes & Fittings, while confirming to the stringent quality norms.
• Minute study of manufacturing drawings to establish the best suitable manufacturing process.
• Ensure optimal use of raw material for manufacturing, thereby avoiding wastage.
• Detailed Production Planning & Scheduling to achieve higher productivity & optimize resources.
• Ensure availability of MSL of machine tools & spares at all times to ensure continuous flow of work.
• Scope includes pipe templating, WEP, welding, NDT, Hydro Pressure Testing and Painting.
• Final Assembly of pipes with equipments and ensure clearance of Assembly leak Test.
• Identify & resolve the constraints for continuous flow of work by interacting & co-coordinating with client & various other departments with best practice of communication & inter personal skills.
• Daily Welding Inspection with Customer's Inspection Agency.
• Maintaining Daily Welding & Fit up Reports to keep the Project Reports in tracks
• Inspection Plan for all sorts of NDT such as RT, DPT & S.R
• Controlling of Radiography agency & records.
• Hydro Testing as per line Test Pressure.
• Preheat & Post weld Heat treatment (S.R).
• Preparation of checklist point & co-ordination with our execution team.
