Crime Prevention and Investigation
Acting as liaison between company and any governmental agencies
Establishing and maintaining security procedures
Inspect systems/procedures to ensure that both regular and irregular are completed to maximum potential.

Responsible for training staff and individual training requirements of the employees To checks, test, and inspection for compliance with all code and regulation requirements and ensure that all documents are properly maintained as required.
To conduct regular and irregular inspections of the company property in order to ensure that the safety of, armored cars, staff equipment, security systems store, and company building are not being compromised by potentially dangerous situations.
To ensure through regular reviews, that security plans are in place in order to be in use on an emergency situation.
Responsible for planning or modifying security measures.
Maintain responsibility for payroll and scheduling of department staff.
Oversee the employees operations within vault area
Complete regular appraisals for each staff member and conduct corrective interviews with staff where necessary.
Responsible for the communication between employers and company
Responsible for the team budget
To evaluate the necessity of each stuff member further training or for possible promotion to higher position.
Develop policies to avoid incident .
Develop incident respond policies.
