Konstantinos is currently heading the Performance Group, within the VP's Planning and Performance Management team. Key highlights include:

- Executes the Performance Review of the KPI Scorecard and the Business Plan Initiatives; conducts presentations to Management identifying positive trends, analyzing performance gaps, recommending actions & monitoring implementation

-Leads Change Management in Planning & Performance Management activities to achieve operational excellence and enhance governance for sustainable impact

Group Energy Strategist at TITAN SA

Reporting to the Group CFO, Konstantinos assumed the role of TITAN's Group Energy Strategist in 2012 with a focus on exploring attractive investment opportunities as well as optimizing the Group's energy cost structure. The primary focus was the region of South-Eastern Europe and TITAN's solid fuels (Coal and Pet Coke) and electrical energy purchasing ($170m in value p.a.). A bottom-up review of purchasing procedures was launched, with the aim to diversify TITAN's power supplier basis and optimize the Group's cost structure, with savings of 10.4% recorded in 2014. At the same time, Konstantinos was actively involved in all the assessment phases of new investment projects including origination, financial analysis (modeling), presentation to senior management (CEO & CFO) and execution. Konstantinos was also engaged in the Transformation Program of the Group’s Corporate Center and he was also elected to the Board of Directors of the Greek Union of Industrial Consumers of Energy.

During his four years as the Business Develpoment Manager, Konstantinos was involved in several M&A Projects, two of which were brought to completion ($168m in value) and involved TITAN's operations in the Middle East (Egypt, Dubai, Abu Dhabi) and the Balkans. In addition, he prepared several business briefings for TITAN's senior management (e.g. CEO, CFO, Board Members) on various topics including review of alternative funding strategies, feasibility analysis for entering new Markets, performance analysis (TITAN Group vs. Peers) and proposals for adjusting TITAN's operations to emerging trends in the cement industry (alternative fuels, energy efficiency etc). He was also entrusted with TITAN Group’s representation in major international organizations such as the Working Group on Energy and Climate of the European Roundtable of Industrialists (i.e. Europe's major industrial association) and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).

Konstantinos spent two years at TITAN's cement plant in Patras, Greece as a process engineer with a focus on alternative fuels and carbon emissions. In parallel with his duties and his involvement in the plant's successful attempt to diversify its energy sources by using non-conventional fuels (e.g. glycerol), Konstantinos was selected as one of TITAN's high-potential employees and thus received intense training (500+ hours) on all aspects of cement manufacturing as well as people management in order to get prepared for his next assignment within the TITAN Group.

Konstantinos worked for three years for Transport for London (TfL) in the UK as a member of TfL’s Business Planning team with a particular focus on designing and monitoring the execution of TfL's CAPEX and OPEX plan for London's Bus & Tram network. During his tenure at TfL, Konstantinos was involved in a number of transport projects including the Congestion Charging Scheme, one of the most important ITS systems in the world, and contributed to various Board papers (e.g. on risk management, operational performance) and several briefings for the Mayor of London.
