Overall responsibility of the multiple Tunnel projects. Responsibility for project schedule, profitability, change order and claim management, resources allocation, scheduling, budget, cost tracking and site safety and implementation. Establish the field operation and management, Maintaining the client relationship, effective communication, team building and training, expectation and performance standards for team and individual, monitor quality. Implement and oversee project controls and procedure. Interaction with other members of management. Maintain the project documentations and assist to prepare the submittals. Maintenance and operation support for RAZA, ISEKI, Soltau, Wirth and Herrenknecht MTBM in different soil strata include hard rock and loose ground. Slurry TBM range 42”- 120” and Supervise operation of TBM in line and grade if required. Responsible for purchase, lease, maintenance, safety, and repair of company equipment. Setting up, operating and maintaining critical construction equipment, including the tunnel boring machine, excavated materials handling systems, ventilating systems and its maintenance.

Leading and directing the project, execution of Tunnelling works, shaft construction, Pilot Auger boring, Horizontal Directional Drilling. Leading the team construction, operation, maintenance and execution micro tunnelling; Pipe Jacking, NDRC, and HDD departments. ISEKI TCS400, TCC800, TCC1000, TCS1000, TCC1400, TCZ2000, RAZA1200, American Augur, Ditch witch used to execute the projects. Maintenance of electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic trouble shooting. Strengthen and develop relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Approval of equipment division requests. Evaluate equipment rates, cost competitiveness, utilization, and overall equipment account balance for equipment use of Equipment Cost Variance report. Maximum equipment utilization through recommendation of equipment moves from areas of low utilization to areas of high utilization. Ensure all people, equipment, and processes are working in a safe manner meeting all local, state laws. Assist the environmental department in obtaining and compliance with all environmental permits, laws, and company policies. Training, mentoring, and oversight of crews. Training for new and existing employees. Manage staffing with qualified mechanical supervision. Develop and ensure consistency of mechanical processes and best practices throughout cooperation.

Lead the team of Construction tunnels, pits, manholes, joining the pipes, Procurement, HSE management, tunnel ventilation systems design, geological survey, quality control and cost control within time and budgets. Surveying, piling, dewatering, planning, purchase, workshop. Maintenance of Compressor, generator set, hydraulic jacks etc. Attending the meetings with the manufactures, project management, client, and consultants to select the equipment according the soil report, water table and site study. Negotiating with international suppliers. Handling the day by day administration problems with project managers and the site managers on arranging manpower, training the team for project. Technical support and approval arranging for equipment. Coordinate the government departments for permissions for the smooth running of the projects. Review costs and cash flow, day to day affairs of the projects. Support the site managers to control the issues arising in the sites. Four machines working in different 3 projects of 18 Km of tunnelling include Sea outfall project with AVN2000AB, AVN2000DEPB, AVN2200EPB, AVN 1000 and MTS1000.Mange and planned the team to set up for operation and Recovery of the machine from underwater,

Approval Design as per standard codes, quality control, Site set up of Micro tunnelling machines, equipment selections, fabrication and design of the machine skin for the pipe sizes, selection of de-sanding units according to the soil and size tunnel machines. Review subcontractor’s submission and the tunnel construction works for compliance to the project standards and criteria to ensure quality and safety. Recommend the approval of the Contractor’s work plans, method statements, material submission, testing proposal and procedures, process and best practices. Work program schedule submittal, alteration of the drawing and design as per utility, control of the man management, equipment management and conduct the training programs. Preparing tender documentation, evaluation and assessment. Recommend the approval of the temporary works design including the tunnel support system, traffic management. O&M Soltau 800, AVN800, 1000, 1200, 1800 and Akkerman GBM 450- 600, RVS 80Soltau Pilot Guided machines.
