Handles all calls from clients & Follow Up.
Follow up with salesman & foreman for daily reports and
work schedules
Give assistance to all customers/clients inquiry related to
projects and Products
Prepares report to be submitted to Accounts Department
Make quotations and documents proposal to be submitted for
consultant Approval
Prepares pre-qualification documents and profiles as required
by the contractor
Prepares monthly bills and invoices
Responsible in making Payment Certificate Breakdown
Arranging appointment for VIP’s
Prepares documents/materials needed for the material
approval of the projects
Pre Plan Technical Services - Dubai
Prepared Invoice,
Fallow up Payments.
Preparation of Quotations according to the sales team
requirement.
Maintaining customer purchase order and executing in time.
Coordination with accounts for generating Invoice against
each purchase order
Organizing files.
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report.
Preparing templates.
Other as maybe directed by Project Manager.
