• Contact businesses or private Corporate/ SMB customers by telephone in order to
solicit sales of our services.
• Describe the service benefits and any special offers.
• Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally.
• Leverage the CRM system to develop a prospecting and sales strategy that ensures
high activity and effective closing ratios.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by recommending new opportunities and creating a
renewed business by good account management.
• Generating & Finding Leads of the Corporate & SMB Segment through various
methods not limited to Cold Calling, Visits, Searching Online Databases, etc.
• Identifying & qualifying the leads to generate new business by understanding the
nature of the Customer requirement and the actual need for selected services.
• Arranging meetings with the customer to have a clear understanding of the
customer requirement and suggest the right solution with the right CPE (Customer
Premises Equipment) to fulfill his needs.
• Design customized, cost-effective solutions for the client.
• Generating Price Proposals of Customer requirements and either present it as a
Soft or Hard Copy at customer's convenience.
• Conduct frequent follow-up on the prospects, negotiate and close the deals. Submit
proposals in a timely manner.
• Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing
business relationships & focus and promote new services and products by
establishing contact and developing business relationships with prospects.
• Negotiating the Solution & the package pricing with the Clients.
• Account Managing, Administrating, Coordinating, renewing service contracts for
existing customers and handling all their inquiries, generating new business of
existing customers by proposing additional services that would be fit for their
business domain.
• Avoid cancellations and solve issues with clients before cancellation. If required,
have a conduct mandatory visit with the customers in case of receiving a formal
cancellation request.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks,
benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
•Working as Sales Representative Agent in Service Centers and Telemarketing:
• Handling inquiries of indoor Customers or Contacted New / existing customers
such as New Subscriptions, Renewing, Upgrading & Downgrading of the existing
subscriptions.
• Informing customers about the current offers & campaigns. selling Hardware items
such as routers
• Handling transactions whether they’re through Cards or Cash payments.
• Handling customer’s problems on spot by assigning the Call Center Department to
contact the customer and follow up with his
issue/problem and provide the solution for it.
• Attending in yearly Kuwait Information Technology Exhibition as Sales
Representative (Info connect) in KEMS boot and promoting & selling service.
• Providing monthly sales, H/Ws & gifts stock report .
• Working as a Technical Representative in the Service Center, such as configuring
new sold routers & access points, configuring routers provided by Zajil-KEMS or other
sources such as (Buffalo, Belkin, Linksys, Netgear, Thomson, Airlive, TP Link etc);
• Coordinating with router suppliers (i.e. D-Link) to produce a Custom Firmware that
fulfills Zajil-KEMS needs & requirements, testing the new Custom Firmwares,
producing reports in regards to fix or modify a requirement in the Custom Firmware,
• Testing the samples of new Routers with various devices & computers such as PC,
PlayStation 3, Xbox360, iPhone & Android, phones.
• Coordinating the shipment of new routers & accessories from the Supplier location
to Kuwait by raising Purchasing Orders.
• Finding alternative solutions & Routers from other manufacturers.
. Managing inbound and/or outbound calls
. Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients;
verifying the information.
. Respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with
services or products
. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
. Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing
solutions/alternatives to issues
. Up-selling products and services when possible
. Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing
information.
. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
recommending improved procedures.
. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in
educational opportunities.
. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as
neede
