Directly reporting to Group HR Manager.
Assisting day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Creating, maintaining and updating the records of new and existing employees.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Handling business trip, flight tickets and hotel reservations.
Assisting in Payroll operations.
Support day to day work of Managing Director.
Organizing business appointments and travel arrangements.
Handling Managing Director’s calendar.
Maintaining all outgoing and incoming correspondence
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering, screening and forwarding any incoming call while providing basic information when needed or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Book and arrange meeting rooms and conference call/video.
Arranging, receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
