Duties and Responsibilities:

 Recruitment and Selection: Releasing ads, short listing resumes from various resources, taking interview, manpower analysis, coordination with recruitment agencies, managing recruitment cycle.

 Induction and Orientation: Coordinating and conducting the New Employee Orientation Programme.

 Statutory Compliances & Budgeting: Handling ESI registration, and facilitate employees for treatment Reimbursement and all other needs. Coordinating and arranging ESI Pehchan Card Camp for employees in BBH Campus.
