Working with department: Performed end to end HR & Admin responsibilities from staffing to statutory, compensation, budgeting for over 1000 employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Releasing ads, short listing resumes from various resources, taking interview, manpower analysis, coordination with recruitment agencies, managing recruitment cycle.
Induction and Orientation: Coordinating and conducting the New Employee Orientation Programme.
Statutory Compliances & Budgeting: Handling ESI registration, and facilitate employees for treatment Reimbursement and all other needs. Coordinating and arranging ESI Pehchan Card Camp for employees in BBH Campus.
Salary and Wages: Independently and successfully processing the salary, Increments and Promotion
Records & Forms: Responsible for maintenance of Records and registers under the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI and EPF Act, and maintenance of Personal Files.
Disciplinary Action: To initiative disciplinary action against the employee as per the nature of the misconduct.
NABH Policy and SOP: To prepare and maintain reports and documents as per the requirements for KPI.
