India : Reporting to: Country Head India and also Regional Finance Head in Abu Dhabi: Headquartered in Netherland . Role: ⮚ Finance business partnering and project control and accurate management of financials for business / projects within the Service Line / Business Line. ⮚ Accurately tracking and reporting of business / project revenues, change orders, costs, overheads, actual and forecast Earned Value and projected versus actual cash flow. ⮚ Working with Business Line Managers / Business Unit Managers / Service Line Managers and Project Managers to design and optimize best financial strategies that achieve all business / project contractual requirements with efficient use of resources. Validation before submission to client and tracking of invoice payments against modelled cash flows. ⮚ Driving the working capital management with special focus on reduction of debtors, EMDS, Security deposits and bank guarantees and minimizing the earlier bad debt proposals. ⮚ Fund Management including rolling cash flow forecast and periodic review of the same with the business managers. ⮚ Individual project wise profitability reviews and variance analysis. ⮚ Complete budgeting & planning exercise and fortnightly variance analysis of the costs. ⮚ Review of CAPEX / OPEX regularly and brainstorming cost reduction measures & implementation. ⮚ Actively involved in the procurement process and compliance to internal controls. ⮚ Leading a motivated team of 7 personnel. ⮚ Leading the GST and Internal Financial Controls reporting exercise . ⮚ Actively involved with the team for preparation of monthly business forecasts revenues and margins. ⮚ Reconcile business & project revenue and costs vis a vis planned with actuals. ⮚ Supervision of the compliance to Statutory Audit, GST audit etc. within deadlines..
