• Current working at The Network Center Trading (TNCT) the leading Checkpoint /Vmware/Tufin partner in U.A.E as a Technical Support Engineer from march 2013 till date
Duties and responsibilities:
Providing Technical support on Customers which includes troubleshooting customer issues, /New implementation/Transition and maintenance of Check point setup ( R70/75/76/77) Splat and Gaia Platform on Large Scale Enterprise Networks (Banks, oil&Gas/Insurance Companies etc.) on Gulf Region based on the customers SLA, Creating of Action plans and Documentation of Secure knowledge and Providing Support on Microsoft Based servers (2003/2008) on integration requirements on checkpoint blades., Analyses of rule base reviews, monthly & quarterly reports for clients Checkpoint Setup, and coordinates with Vendors on escalated issues, simulating customer environment for early resolution, configuration of Cisco Devices, further provide support on Checkpoint Endpoint Blades and further providing Training to students as Lab Trainer for CCSA and CCSE (Setting up lab setup on Vmware servers and appliances and guiding the students/interns in completing the labs)and handles POC (3d security analysis/Tufin) and Deployment of Tufin secure track and Secure Change and integration of network device ( Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Juniper) for analysis based on customer requirement .
• Worked as an IT Executive at Broadsword Apparel (Pvt) Ltd, . (Sri Lanka) from June 2011 to September 2012
Duties and responsibilities:
Providing Infrastructure support consist of Company Microsoft Domain/Configuration and maintaining of Firewalls Checkpoint Based R70.20/R75/Fortinet Fortigate configuration of Cisco Routers/ switches 35xx, 29xx, 28xx, configuration of Linux servers, and coordinates with vendors. Handled documentation and creation of action plans.
• Worked as an Internet Support Executive at Suntel LTD (Sri Lanka) from September 2008 to March 2009
Duties and responsibilities:
Troubleshooting all areas in Broadband Connections, new implementation for customer sites and maintaining cooperate firewalls for and also coordinated in achieving team targets on monthly basis
• Worked for Asia Pacific Logistic Int’l (Pvt) Ltd (Sri Lanka) as an IT Executive, from May 2006 to June 2008
Duties and Responsibility:
Maintaining/Implementing and Troubleshooting Companies LAN (Including Routers/Switches, windows server 2003 Domain/Exchange server environment and maintains of systems, repairing laptops, Servers, printers etc.., handling documentation/Inventory management and coordinates with vendors.)
Completed the Diploma Level in BCS Degree and reading for Professional Graduate Diploma level to sit the examinations in October 2013
