Duties:
• Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the Pub
• Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests
• Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
• Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
• Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mise-en-place & mis-en-scene)
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakages and spoilage
• Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue and give personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
• Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
• Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
• Performs other duties as required to provide genuine hospitality
• Provides food and beverage service to guests using good customer service skills
• Set up tables and events including chairs, dance floors, silver and china
• Services food, coffee, water and other beverages
• Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware
• Clean the dining rooms during and after the dining experience
