Implementing customer requirements effectively is a crucial part of any project, product development or service delivery process.

The goal is to ensure that the final output aligns with the customers expectations.

2)Developing the Code as per the requirements

a)Understand the Requirements : Clarify the exact functionalities required and understand constraints like performance, security and scalability

b)Design the solution : Design a database schema, user interfaces and APIs if necessary.Implementing the code based on the design and while coding we make sure to follow coding standards, use comments where necessary and maintain readability.

c)Testing the code : Perform unit test on local environment first, to ensure each component works as expected.

d)Deploy the Code: After successfully testing in local environment deploy the code in QA Environment.

e)Testing and Verification : User Acceptance Test(UAT) Ensure the application is user friendly by testing it with the internal testers or QA Team.



3)Resolving Daily Basis Tickets

It refers to handling supports, Customer request, analyzong tickets or Datafixes that come on a regular basis. These tickets could be related to technical issues or functional issue.

a)Ticket Acknowledgment and prioritization

b)Investigate the Issue

c)Resolve the issue

If it is a technical issue then we do the necessary fix which could involve debugging code, changing configuration or send an Hotfix.If it non technical issue we provide the proper information for that particular issue to the functional members
