Key Responsibilities:
Plan, Design, Implement & Support Networking and Security Products and Solutions
Gather and analyze technical requirements, prepare basis of design, high/low-level design documents, migrations plans & network diagrams
Troubleshoot and optimize existing network designs, give technical advice and suggestions
Work closely with solution teams to design and propose network solutions based on multi-vendor technologies.
Lead a team of specialists in projects & maintaining relationships with technical teams of customers.

Key Project
Implementation of Network Infrastructure for DAU University. The Large campus Network Consists of Cisco 3750, 4948s, Cisco 6500 Cisco FWSM, Cisco ASA, Cisco ACE Load Balancers etc Installation of the Network/Security and Voice Infrastructure involved the following major activities, 1. Worked with routing, switching, security designs and configurations, 2. Designed the IP addressing schema for LAN, Wireless, Data Center, and DMZ and Voice subnets. 3. Installation of Access layer, Distribution and Core Layer Switches and configuring them. 4. Installation of WLCs, Switches, ASA firewalls, IPS etc.
Global Network Operations Center, Cisco Systems Inc, Bangalore.
Worked as an L2 Network Engineer in the Cisco Global Network Operations team that handles Cisco's global data center and production network across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific regions.
Handled the overall aspects of IP networks and mission-critical data centers across different geographical locations and time zones within the framework of ITIL change management, Incident, and problem management procedures.
Worked as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Tier-II DMZ Data Center and GFS-CSIRT teams and oversaw the responsibility to address the overall technical escalations related to same.
Assist in solving global network issues across 65 countries in US, EMEA and APAC regions.
Plan and implement network changes and deployment during scheduled and approved change windows
