Naseba offers clients business information and deal-flow generation across business platforms designed to maximise ROI. Naseba has 6 offices globally and has played host to more than 52, 000 delegates.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Use my previous experience to build a new HR department - focusing on recruitment (globally), training, staff welfare, retention and business growth
• Re designed and implemented a global hiring and recruitment process
• Redesigned all recruitment and training collaterals
• Using my previous recruitment skills to headhunt and recruit the best staff
• Helped develop a structure to use social media for recruitment
• Implemented staff reviews and retention strategy globally (this was previously not in place)
• Trained and managed a team of HR and recruitment managers.
• Helped to redesign our sales training
• Trained and developed sales staff globally - most of which bought in business of over $400, 000 in their first year with the company

Roles and Responsibilities

• Re educate myself and my team in the transportation and IT industry
• I ran a team of 5 consultants, each of which focused on their own industry vertical.
• Recruit, train and develop new consultants
• Oversee the onsite recruitment and strategy for RTS
• Built a new contracts division from scratch
• Build and develop new business via the telephone and face to face meetings
• Recruit in my industry verticals - this included - headhunting, networking and completing various search assignments.
