Naseba is a business information company that produces, promotes and hosts B2B events across 26 industries on 5 continents, with a focus on re-education, networking and most importantly, deal-making opportunities. Naseba offers clients business information and deal-flow generation across business platforms designed to maximise ROI. Naseba has 6 offices globally and has played host to more than 52, 000 delegates.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Use my previous experience to build a new HR department - focusing on recruitment (globally), training, staff welfare, retention and business growth
• Re designed and implemented a global hiring and recruitment process
• Redesigned all recruitment and training collaterals
• Using my previous recruitment skills to headhunt and recruit the best staff
• Helped develop a structure to use social media for recruitment
• Implemented staff reviews and retention strategy globally (this was previously not in place)
• Trained and managed a team of HR and recruitment managers.
• Helped to redesign our sales training
• Trained and developed sales staff globally - most of which bought in business of over $400, 000 in their first year with the company

RTS is an established business since 2000 providing software process management solutions to UK Rail and Road Industry blue chip based clients. RTS software applications comprise a number of key individual modules which integrate together to form three main streams of process management.

The company enjoys a differentiated market position, excellent high level engagement with its clients and have products and services installed where they are critical to its clients operations.

Intego was the executive search arm of RTS - they focused on IT and transportation industry’s globally.



Roles and Responsibilities

• Re educate myself and my team in the transportation and IT industry
• I ran a team of 5 consultants, each of which focused on their own industry vertical.
• Recruit, train and develop new consultants
• Oversee the onsite recruitment and strategy for RTS
• Built a new contracts division from scratch
• Build and develop new business via the telephone and face to face meetings
• Recruit in my industry verticals - this included - headhunting, networking and completing various search assignments.
